Margie was a fantastic artist, a fun and beautiful free spirit. She taught me how to use colored felt tip pens and India ink in a Radiograph pen to draw these figures. She also taught me how to garden –then left me for the saxophone player at the White Eagle bar where we used to dance. Heartbreak and getting stoned helped me make the first drawings in the 70’s.
